By accessing or using Peel Pics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Peel Pics is operated from Mauritius and these terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least **18 years of age** to use Peel Pics. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Content & Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you create and the images you generate using the Service. Peel Pics does not claim ownership over your content.

License to Peel Pics: By using the Service, you grant Peel Pics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your public content (public prompts and public generated images) for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

AI Provider Terms: Generations are processed via third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini). Your use is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Credit System

Peel Pics uses a credit-based system for image generation. Credits purchased do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. Specifically, you may not use the Service to generate:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material involving real people.
• Content that facilitates non-consensual sexual content (CSAM or Deepfakes).
• Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peel Pics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
