1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct and content for users of Peel Pics. We aim to provide a safe and creative environment for all users.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, share, or promote:
- Illegal Content: Anything that violates local, national, or international laws.
- Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery: Creating images of real people in sexually explicit contexts without their express consent (Deepfakes).
- Child Safety: Any content that exploits or harms children, or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Violence and Harm: Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or extreme physical violence against others.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
- Harassment: Content intended to harass, bully, or threaten individuals.
3. Responsible Use
Users are encouraged to use the Service responsibly. While "sexy" or "artistic" content is generally permitted if it involve non-real subjects and does not violate other sections of this AUP, Peel Pics reserves the right to remove any content deemed pornographic, extreme, or harmful at our sole discretion.
4. Enforcement
Failure to comply with this AUP may result in:
- Removal of prohibited content.
- Suspension or permanent termination of your account.
- Reporting to law enforcement if required by law.
