Refund Policy

1. Purchase of Credits

Peel Pics offers credit packages for purchase to be used for image generation. All purchases are final once the credits have been added to your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, refunds are not available for credit purchases once the service has been provisioned (i.e., once credits are delivered to your account wallet).

We understand that technical issues can occur. If you experience a failure during the generation process that incorrectly consumes credits, or if you have other exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team.

3. Discretionary Refunds

Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of the Peel Pics operator. Refunds will typically be considered only if:

  • The credits have not been used.
  • There was a verified technical error on our side that prevented service use.

4. How to Request Help

If you have any issues with your purchase or wish to request a discretionary refund, please email us at support@peel.pics with your account email and transaction details. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support first may result in the permanent suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any remaining credits.
